About Ralph:

Ralph Rehbock was born in Gotha, Germany. In December, 1938, after synagogues were burned and Jewish businesses destroyed during Kristallnacht, Ralph and his family fled to America. Their successful escape stemmed, in part, from a daring, last-minute decision made by his mother. With the benefit of considerable luck and chance, this decision allowed the family to escape Germany and seek a new life in the United States.
