3GNY Annual Intergenerational Brunch

  • Hebrew Union College 1 West 4th Street New York, NY 10012 (map)

3GNY invites you, your parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and friends to join us for our 7th annual intergenerational brunch - a lox and schmear filled event with a special guest Q and A Session.

Dr. Eva Fogelman, Phd. - 2G, internationally recognized psychologist, author and filmmaker and innovator in the treatment of Holocaust related traumas will interview Dasha Rittenberg, a 90 year old survivor and great-grandmother originally from Bedzin Poland, who has become a media personality and sought after public speaker. The discussion will focus on the intergenerational search for meaning, including the unique relationship between 3G's and their survivor grandparents.

They will share how their history shaped their traditions and discuss how the youngest generations are now carrying on their family stories.

All ages are welcome, we will have activities for children. Kosher dietary laws observed.
