How do we reach the next generation to help educate them about the events, places and personalities of the Holocaust? How can we engage students globally to join in the fight against antisemitism?
Join 3GNY on March 28th 2022 at 7pm EST to explore the answers to these questions through the lens of technology and new media, from video games to graphic novels.
Acclaimed video game director Luc Bernard, a 3G and creator of the innovative and immersive video gaming experience "The Light in the Darkness," will discuss how interactive video games can revolutionize the way current and future generations think about the Holocaust and antisemitism. Luc is also the founder and executive director of Voices of the Forgotten.
Award winning author and illustrator Pascal Bresson and Sylvain D'Orange will also join us to discuss how graphic novels engage new audiences about the Holocaust. For Justice, their graphic novel adaptation of the memoirs of the legendary "Nazi Hunters" Serge and Beate Klarsfeld, has now been translated from French into multiple languages and won the 2021 Peng Prize for best European Comic.
Hosted by 3GNY Board member Cayle White.
